Identify the relationship between professional behaviors and patient care
Explain the difference between professionalism lapses and unprofessionalism during a patient encounter
Identify professionalism lapses in recorded interactions with simulated, or standardized, patients
Communicate feedback regarding professionalism lapses to guide a student or medical professional in improving their professionalism behaviors
